Witting's Project Checklist:
Initial, free on-site consultation to define project requirements and goals
Photograph site
Investigate relevent zoning and building regulations
Survey (provided by owner)
Prepare as-built drawing as required for the project (remodeling)
Produce up to 3 design concepts
Refine on selected concept with plans and elevations
Assist owner in selecting materials
Prepare a "Scope of Work" document, including specifications
Prepare preliminary and final costs estimates
Prepare construction drawings for building permit
Prepare construction contract
Construct project
Post construction follow up
